We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial objectives.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Monitor construction progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of a Secret Clearance
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in construction management (e.g., CCM) is a plus.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
