Job Overview
This role involves leading process improvement initiatives within the Department, analyzing current organizational processes to identify enhancement opportunities, and developing institutional responses to data and information requests. Key responsibilities include supporting integrated self-assessment programs, conducting user experience research on Department-managed software, and performing both qualitative and quantitative research. The role requires collaborating with diverse stakeholders to integrate research findings into organizational routines, effectively communicating complex data through visualization, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and meeting project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in organizational communication, organizational design, program evaluation and assessment, human-computer interaction, information systems, or a related field or a bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience in designing and conducting research around organizational improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and data.
- Experience facilitating process improvement and/or change management.
- Experience with implementing qualitative and quantitative research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical, multicultural audience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
