***CLEARANCE: Active DoD Secret Clearance with Top Secret and SCI eligibility.***

Required Skills and Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience planning and executing PSYOP. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, including preparation of written products for senior leaders.

• Experience interacting with senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant/Component Commands) (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level).

• Experience with operational assessments, either within PSYOP or other vocations. 

• Competency in applying social scientific methodology to conduct quantitative data analysis and articulate impacts derived from data insights. 

Required Education and Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any relevant field of study, preferably psychology, sociology, marketing, political science, or computer science.

Preferred Education and Certification:

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in any relevant field of study, preferably psychology, sociology, marketing, political science, or computer science.

Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:

• 5 years of combined OSD, Joint Staff, or 2–4-star level command experience planning and executing PSYOP.

• Competency in data analysis tools such as “R” or proficiency in Excel data management and analysis. 

Familiarization with AI‑related concepts, capabilities, and relevant platforms and how AI‑enabled tools can support analysis, assessments, capability development, targeting processes, or emerging technologies.
