Staff Analyst

Position Title: Staff Analyst
Location: Mark Center
Clearance: TS/SCI

Position Overview: The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and evaluating information operations strategies and policies. This position requires extensive experience in military information operations such as, Integrated Employment of Electronic Warfare (EW), Computer network Operations (CNO), Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Military Deception (MILDEC), and Operations Security (OPSEC). The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to analyze complex situations, develop actionable strategies, and influence policy at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive information operations (IO) strategies.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on military information operations and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of IO strategies with overall military objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends, threats, and opportunities in the information environment.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, briefings, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and refinement of IO doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Lead and participate in interagency and multinational working groups, conferences, and exercises.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and staff members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, International Relations, Strategic Studies, or related disciplines). A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in military information operations, psychological operations, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of Information Operations principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proven experience in policy development and strategic planning within a military or governmental context.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with interagency coordination and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with cyber operations and their integration with IO.
  • Understanding of cultural, linguistic, and regional factors influencing information operations.
  • Prior experience in a deployed or operational setting.
