Job Responsibilities:
Black Bear Technology is actively recruiting a cleared candidate to provide support to the Defense Logistics Agency. Under the Enterprise Service Delivery II (ESD II) program, this position provides customer-facing desktop support, Active Directory, Windows/system administration, local network management application support, software delivery functions, and IT Equipment Accountability.

Responsibilities:
- Operating independently in the implementation and operation of various types of fully integrated computer-based systems.
- Ability to test and operate all phases of the system cycle.
- Ability to operate all system components defined in the TO, including hardware, software, and mass storage devices.
- Ability to operate communications-computer systems and install, implement, maintain, and tune operating systems, disk and tape management systems, and computer operations automation software.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
- DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Help Desk Tier II & III (Must be acquired upon accepting an offer)
- A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
