Kwaan Bear Technology (KBT) is seeking a talented Mid-Level Tableau Developer with experience in ServiceNow and strong scripting skills to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Mid-Level Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making processes. Additionally, your expertise in ServiceNow and strong scripting skills will be crucial in integrating data from various sources and automating workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure the quality and reliability of our analytics platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow to extract, transform, and load data from ServiceNow into Tableau for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Design and implement data models, calculations, and visualizations to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to automate data integration processes and optimize system performance.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure the smooth operation of the analytics platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Tableau development, ServiceNow integration, and scripting languages.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Tableau Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, including data extraction, transformation, and integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tableau Desktop or Server certification.
  • Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
